Currently I have several projects at varying stages...

Gifts

3 quilts  are gifts, so unfortunately can't say too much until they have been finished, gift wrapped and given to the lucky recipients :)

Queen Size Quilt for my Mum... 

Fabrics For Mum

Mum has requested I make this quilt, so I will be able to document my progress! So far I have created an initial design layout, however, I need to purchase a few more fabrics to have enough to begin. My mum has requested no symmetry in the quilt, so my plan is to cut all the squares - muddle and scatter them... then randomly pick them up to be sewn together! Should be interesting :)




Quilted Craft Bag...

Not quite finished

I recently went to the quilting and craft fair in Sydney and purchased 2 bag patterns. The mini craft bag pattern came with the fabric and I am very close to finishing it... This will be my first project where any quilting has actually been done on my little machine at home... I do not know how people can quilt an entire quilt on a standard machine. I feel very spoilt to have been using a quilting machine from the beginning!


Quillow

The quillow is a project being undertaken by many members of my craft group. I decided this quilt (that has a pocket to be folded into a pillow) would be for me. I went and purchased some pink and brown fabrics from spotlight (special) and went about cutting the fabric.... then decided I didn't like the design - so this project might be a little slow going :)

Purple Quilt

This quilt is made up of the same design of fabric used for my boys quilts, however, it is in purple/pink colours. This quilt I started at the same time as the boys but has been put on hold while I do my other projects. No one specific is in mind for this quilt, which is probably why I have not been in a rush to complete it.
